REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 


SHIPPING POLICY

I am very excited to ship your new artwork to you. It means so much to me that you decide to collect my artwork. As an art collector myself I can tell, art really elevates the energy of a room.

Please allow 3-5 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-10 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via [email protected] within 48 hours in order to resolve the issue.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to solve the issue. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours.

 

 


MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

According to Section 6 Paragraph 1 Number 27 UStG, no sales tax must be charged.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 


ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
